How does your mortgage broker service work?
We handle the entire home loan process for you. From comparing over 40 lenders to managing the paperwork and negotiating rates, we make getting your keys simple and stress-free.
Does it cost anything to use a broker?
No, we're paid by lenders, not by you. Our commissions are disclosed upfront and are consistent across our lender panel.
How much deposit do I usually need?
5% can be enough for first home buyers using government schemes. 10% suits most others. Healthcare workers may access up to 95% LVR without LMI.
How long does it take to get approval?
Pre-approval typically takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the lender's current turnaround times and the complexity of your financial situation.
Can you help if i'm self-employed?
Yes. We work with lenders that accept 1-year financials, BAS statements, and accountant letters depending on your structure.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
We only submit one application - to the lender we both agree is the best fit. We don't 'shop around' with multiple applications.
